5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Customers can apply for replacement with 24hrs after receiving the product
We offer replacement or refunds only if:
- The product received is damaged or incorrect, and
- You provide unboxing photos and videos clearly showing the issue at the time of opening.
In such cases:
- If the same product is in stock, we’ll send a replacement
- The Replaced product will be delivered in 5–7 working days
- If not, a refund will be issued
